Please Note:

To ensure optimal networking opportunities, only one representative per company will be given priority. If both you and a colleague register, we will seat you at opposite ends to avoid redundancy and maximize engagement with other businesses.

During the event, when the bell rings, we kindly ask participants seated on the moving side to switch tables promptly to maintain the flow of the event. Each meeting will be limited to five minutes, so we encourage you to stay focused, keep your digital business card ready, and avoid phone use during conversations.

Please be respectful and attentive, as both your time and that of your peers are valuable. If a participant is seen texting or showing disinterest during a meeting, they may be asked to leave the speed networking session.
